GPSC receives 2016 Investors' Choice Award from Thai Investors Association.

July 27, 2016 Thai Investors Association announced 2016 Investors’ Choice Award 2016 for the SET listed companies which could make score 100 in Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM). Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) has achieved score 100 this year as its first time to organize AGM in 2016. The evaluation was done by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federation of Accounting Professions and Thai Institute of Directors.

The awards have reflected the importance of the information transparency and the equitable treatment for shareholders according to the criteria of SET listed company in order to enhance the Corporate Governance of Stock Exchange of Thailand and seek for the sustainably value added stock. Therefore Dr.Chaiwat Viboonsawat, SET Chairman presented the award to Mr.Klahan Tochamnanvit, Management Manager as of GPSC representative at the meeting room, Stock Exchange of Thailand, Klongtoey, Bangkok.
