GPSC ranked "Excellent" for CGR Scoring by Thai Institute of Directors (IOD)

October 26, 2016 Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) announced the 2016 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) result. GPSC, participated the project for the very first time, is ranked “Excellent” which is the highest ranking, also categorized in Top Quartile among the companies with over 10,000 million THB Market Capitalization.

The CGR result reflects GPSC’s determination in business practice under good corporate governance framework in 5 aspects: rights of shareholder, equitable treatment of shareholders, role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, and board responsibilities.

In 2016, there are 601 listed companies ranked by IOD with 80 companies ranked “Excellent” including all listed companies in PTT Group.
